- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- Full-product access for 30 days, no credit card required. We'll help you import your fleet, crews, and payers in the first week.
- How are the two plans different?
- Starter is $799/month for operators running 1–5 trucks. Pro is $1,499/month for operators running 6+ trucks. Both are flat rates with no per-run charges, and both include the full platform: dispatch, scheduling, ePCR, billing, compliance, and reporting.
- Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
- Yes. Annual billing is $7,990/year on Starter and $14,990/year on Pro, which works out to 2 months free versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly at checkout.
- What's the Founding offer, and what are the rules?
- The first 5 paying companies automatically lock in $799/month for life, even if they later grow past 5 trucks and would otherwise move to Pro. The rate is applied at checkout automatically. There's no code to enter, and once the 5 slots are claimed the offer ends. To keep it fair: one Founding slot per company (one per owner, EIN/Tax ID, and billing address); the slot is only secured after the first paid invoice clears, not during the free trial; the rate is non-transferable and is forfeited on cancellation, more than 30 days of non-payment, chargeback, or change of control (sale, merger, or assignment); and PodDispatch has sole discretion over slot order and may revoke the Founding rate for fraud or Acceptable Use Policy violations. - Is eligibility and coverage discovery included?
- Yes. Real-time 270/271 eligibility verification and name-and-DOB coverage discovery through Office Ally are included on both Starter and Pro. Discovery requires Office Ally Discovery to be activated on your Office Ally account.
- When does Pro pricing apply?
- Once you run 6 or more trucks, your plan moves to Pro at $1,499/month (or $14,990/year). It's still flat, with no per-run charges. Founding customers keep their $799/month rate for life regardless of fleet size.
- Is Office Ally included?
- Yes. Our Clearinghouse Gateway is a single Office Ally integration shared across all tenants, with no per-customer setup fees or trading-partner configuration on your end.
- Do you sign a BAA?
- Yes. Every paid plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement.
