About
Built by and for the people who run transport.
The Pod Dispatch was built to close the gap between dispatch boards, ePCRs, and 837P claims, because too many real runs quietly disappear between systems.
Our story
Built in the bay, not a boardroom.
I started The Pod Dispatch because I want to help make this industry better with the experience and ideas I've built up inside it. NEMT and ambulance work runs on too many disconnected tools — dispatch boards, ePCRs, billers, and clearinghouses all living in their own silos — and runs quietly fall through the cracks between them.
This is one step toward an industry that functions with more efficiency, from the dispatch board to the deposit. One run record, end to end.
Values
What we hold ourselves to.
Honesty.
If a feature isn't ready, we say so. If a denial isn't recoverable, we say that too. The software tells you the truth — about claim probability, timely-filing risk, and what's actually missing from a chart.
Loyalty.
We're built around the operators who bet on us first. The first 5 companies lock in their rate for life — that promise is in writing, not a marketing line.
Gratitude.
Every dispatcher, biller, and owner who shares feedback shapes the next release. Real workflows from real bays — that's where this product comes from.
Adaptation.
Payer rules, CMS schedules, and clearinghouse formats move constantly. Auto-seeded CMS rates, payer-specific rules, and a guided onboarding wizard mean the system bends with the industry, not against it.
Accountability.
Every override captures a reason. Every high-risk action lands in the audit log. Every claim has a probability score before it leaves the building. Nothing hides.
